The HR-01 includes a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot (electrically x8, 128 GT/s), offering robust support for expansion cards such as GPUs, high-speed NICs, storage controllers, and PCIe-based KVM-over-IP cards, all within a compact mini-server design.
This enables tailored performance for use cases that demand high throughput, low latency, and remote manageability, including:
- AI inference and edge computing
- Virtualization and lightweight hyper-converged deployments
- Video processing, 3D modelling, and simulation workloads
- Remote system access and control via KVM-over-IP for out-of-band management

M.2 NVMe SSD Slots
The HR-01 supports up to three M.2 NVMe SSDs at 8TB each, for a total of up to 24TB. The leftmost slot is PCIe 4.0 compatible, offering maximum transfer speeds of up to 7000MB/s for high-performance storage needs.
The system supports both RAID 0 for increased storage capacity and performance, and RAID 1 for enhanced data redundancy and protection.

Order the HR-01 as a barebone unit and supply your own storage and memory, or have it shipped fully configured, NVMe SSDs and DDR5 memory installed and tested as part of the package, ready to deploy out of the box.
The HR-01 is the same hardware platform as the Scale Computing HE250, so it is fully compatible with HE250 deployments and configurations.
